We are an IT company that never wanted to be just an IT company

In 1989, as young working students, Volker Maiborn and Holger Wolff were fed up with toxic corporate cultures and decided: "We can do better!". No sooner said than done - they founded MaibornWolff. And their vision was pretty simple:

We remain true to ourselves - despite all the change

This founding spirit still guides us today in everything we do. MaibornWolff has successfully established itself on the German IT market with this claim for over 35 years. And our success proves us right: we are growing every year and continuously expanding our range of services. At the same time, we maintain our core culture and values - without compromise.

However, staying true to the core of our corporate culture does not mean standing still. Our company is constantly evolving: at the very beginning - in 1989 - we were still called "Beck et al.", and MaibornWolff GmbH has only existed since 1994. Originally based in the heart of Munich, we now have a global presence and are represented at 12 locations in three countries.

Always part of our DNA

Not many companies can claim that their core has remained unchanged for decades. We can - and we are proud of that. Since day one, our focus has been on people and on long-term, successful collaboration. We have always worked with our customers as equals, concentrating on the essentials and developing technologies that create real added value. As little as possible, as much as necessary. In other words: Less technology. Better business.
