Product Design
In product design, we focus on added value, measurability and users.
Good product design begins with a genuine understanding of user needs - and doesn't end with beautiful interfaces. We design digital products that work, inspire and create real added value. For people. For companies. For today - and tomorrow.
An outstanding user experience is an absolute must for digital products. Whether B2B or B2C, it is no longer about simply digitizing processes. It's about designing applications with sustainable added value.
Complex business processes must be examined from a user-centered perspective. By "users", we really mean everyone who comes into contact with them: End users, customer-facing specialist departments, developers. We product designers need to think about these perspectives together. When designing, concrete measurement criteria provide orientation. KPIs add facts to opinions.
Value driven. Evidence based. User centric. These are the building blocks we use to create a successful product experience.
Our path to the optimal user experience: How we work in product design
Right from the start of our projects, we keep the following questions in mind: What is the added value? How can it be measured? What do users expect?

Value driven
We are always chasing the greatest added value. Product value - with a recognizable product benefit and a roadmap, we provide security and guidelines for goal-oriented collaboration within the agile team.
Team value - together with our customers, we merge into highly efficient agile teams with clear roles and responsibilities, clear working methods and clear values.
Selected methods: Team Working Agreement, ID37, Product Vision Board, Stakeholder Mapping, Vision Statement
Evidence based
We work with hypotheses and rely on evidence. Qualitative and measurable indicators help to verify or falsify our hypotheses:
- How has the conversion rate changed as a result of this feature?
- How does this decision contribute to achieving our 'Definition of Success'?
- How does this feature help persona X to achieve their goals?
- Which features are used and how? How efficiently? Where do discontinuations occur?
Selected methods for business KPIs: Business Grid, Lean UX Canvas, Business Problem Statements, OKRs
Selected methods for product KPIs: system usability scale, HEART framework, data-driven RE/UX, benchmarking, customer survey, SWOT analysis, personas, proto-users / proto-companies
User centric
We work in a user-centered way. Through user research, we build up knowledge about users and their needs. We condense user needs into a design vision. This makes the target product tangible.
In the subsequent preparation phase, we develop customer journeys and information architecture. We set up the basic building blocks of a design system for efficient and consistent design and front-end development.
Selected methods: personas, mood boards, customer journey mapping, service blueprint, product branding, design sprint, device agnostic design, speculative design, tech analysis, SWOT analysis

User satisfaction binds users to a brand. User experience is THE decisive competitive factor.
